Hi! I literally just reached out to Quay's Customer Care. I just purchased my second pair of Quays but my first pair needs to have a stem tightened. The sales associate at my local department store said she was worried that the screw may strip itself if she tried to tighten it any further. She suggested that I contact QUAY to ask for some screws. I just heard back from a customer care agent at Quay saying that their sunglasses are made overseas and they do not have any extra parts. Then apologized by saying that he hoped that I understood??? I had provided all of the information on the inside stem of my pair which gave him the style number. The least that the agent should have done was told me what size of screw that I needed as a replacement.
After this type of "assistance" I realized that QUAY doesn't provide any service after the sale. I plan to return the new pair of sunglasses and repair kit that I just purchased. And I agree with the above reviewers---the QUAY repair kit isn't very helpful when there aren't ANY screws provided. I decided to order a universal repair kit on Amazon which provides assorted screws, both phillips and flathead screwdrivers, cleaning cloth and a kit to keep everything.
QUAY, please do better. If you are selling sunglasses at more than average prices then offer repair kits for purchase for your customers.
