1. Sponsor
The XOXO Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Quay Eyewear Inc, located in San Francisco, California, USA (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering, participants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 11th at 5pm PT and ends on February 14 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via direct message from the official brand account within approximately 5 days of the Promotion closing.
Winners must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Shipping
Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
