This is my 3rd pair of prescription glasses from Quay! My last two lasted for 4 years! I would buy again and again! Shipping was quicker than expected! Always a happy customer with all their unique styles! I love their sunglasses too!

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I placed my order over 21 days ago and still have not received any shipping confirmation. Reaching out to the QUAY team has been unhelpful, as I keep getting the same vague response that it will ship ‘soon,’ with no clear timeline or accountability.
Advertising a 21-day delivery timeframe and failing to meet it is misleading, especially for prescription products where customers rely on timely delivery. Had I known this would happen AGAIN, I would have purchased elsewhere.
What’s even more concerning is that this is not my first experience. I have ordered prescription glasses from you three times, and not once have they been delivered on time. This shows a consistent pattern of poor service that has clearly not been addressed.
At this point, I expect immediate action. If my order is not shipped right away, I will be requesting a full refund and will not be purchasing from QUAY again.
