I have never received my order. I put my personal address as the final point but they said I had never picked up the package. I really don’t understand. I didn’t have any information about the collect point where I was supposed to pick up my glasses and when I checked on the information about the delivery it was written my personal address. I really don’t understand !! I hope I will have the money refund because this is absolutely unacceptable.
