1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“The TINX Edit”) is sponsored by Quay Eyeware, Inc. located at 465 California Street, San Francisco, CA, 94104, (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Promotion begins on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 3:00 pm PST and ends on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 3:00 am PST (the “Entry Period”). All times are in Pacific Standard Time.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @QuayAustralia and @TINX on Instagram
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag at least one friend in the comments and comment where you are headed this summer

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within 96 hours of the end of the Entry Period. Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram DM and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within the time specified, a new winner may be selected.
6. Prize
- 1 signed copy of Hotter In The Hamptons book by Tinx and select styles of Quay sunglasses from The TINX Edit
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $323
No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any taxes or fees are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, by entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry (including any content submitted) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
