How long does Quay take to ship an order?

Quay ships most in-stock items within 24 hours; some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US nationally observed holidays. To the contiguous 48 states, standard shipping ($7) arrives in 5-7 business days and express shipping ($20) arrives within 3 business days. Hawaii and Alaska take 2-4 weeks by standard shipping, and military bases take about 4 weeks by standard shipping.

Can I track my Quay order?

Yes. Quay emails a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, contact customercare@quay.com.

Where is my Quay order?

If your Quay order is delayed or hasn't arrived, email customercare@quay.com with your order number and Quay's team will help locate it.

What payment methods does Quay accept?

Quay accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.

How does Afterpay work with Quay?

Can I change or cancel my Quay order after placing it?

No. Quay begins working on orders as soon as they are placed and confirmed, so changes and cancellations can't be made once an order is placed.

Why am I getting an error at checkout?

Checkout errors are usually caused by an incomplete field. Confirm your name, email, shipping address, and phone number are all entered correctly. If the error continues, contact customercare@quay.com.

I didn't get an order confirmation email: what do I do?

Check your inbox and spam/junk folder first. If you paid with PayPal, confirm the email tied to your PayPal account. If you still can't find it, contact customercare@quay.com.

Is it safe to shop on Quay.com?

Yes. Quay keeps your payment information safe and secure, and you can check out with either a credit card or PayPal.

Do I need an account to order from Quay?
