1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Quay Eyewear, Inc., 465 California Street, San Francisco, CA, 94104, in collaboration with Marcella NYC (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility
Open to U.S. legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period
The Promotion begins on April 24, 2025 and ends on May 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:
• Follow @marcellanyc and @quayaustralia on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Comment on the post and tag at least one (1) friend (each comment counts as one entry)
• Share the post to your Instagram Story
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on May 4, 2025.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize
The winner will receive:
• One (1) $200 Marcella NYC gift card
• Two (2) pairs of Quay Australia Spring 2026 frames
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400 USD.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any other costs not expressly included, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Liability Release
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Sponsors’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
