Contact customercare@quay.com right away. For items reported through the returns process, include your order number, a brief description, and a photo within 5 days of delivery.

What does "final sale" mean at Quay?

Final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Does Quay ship internationally?

Yes. The Quay US site ships across North America (including Canada and Mexico), throughout Central America and the Caribbean, across South America, and to most of Europe, covering the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Nordics, and more. If you're in Oceania, Asia, or Africa, shop the Quay Australia site instead, which delivers to those regions. Quay is not responsible for shipping deliveries affected by customs, carrier transfers, or transportation delays.
